Your Booking

The booker is responsible for the supervision of attendees, site conduct, and compliance with rules.

The booker must take reasonable steps to prevent damage to the hall and grounds. 

Any damage caused must be reported to the booking secretary & will be the responsibility of the hirer.

You must use the hall for the permitted use as set out in section 1.3 of the booking form

The hall has public liability insurance, but you are advised to make your own arrangements for any activities you host.

Use of the Hall

The hall is not staffed; it is the hirer’s responsibility to unlock the hall and set it up to your requirements and return furniture to its original location at the end of the hire period.

The hirer is responsible for damage caused to the hall and facilities

Kitchen facilities may be used but must be left clean and tidy after use.

If alcohol is to be consumed but not sold, this must be agreed at the time of booking.

Sale of Alcohol, please obtain consent to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) 

The hall must be fully secured whenever left unattended.

The site must be vacated by the agreed departure time, with all hall, kitchen and toilet areas cleaned thoroughly.

Keys must be returned to the designated key safe at the end of the booking.

 Use of the Field

No vehicles are allowed on the grass without prior written approval.

Do not dig any pits or trenches.

Fires or camping stoves are not permitted. 

Before departure, conduct a full sweep of the field for litter or debris

Noise & Behaviour

Please show courtesy to neighbouring residents at all times.

No ball games are permitted after 8:30 PM.

No outdoor Music after 8.30 PM

No indoor Music after 11.00 PM 

Disruptive behaviour such as shouting or rowdy conduct will not be tolerated.

Complaints from neighbours about branches to the noise policy will result in the loss of your deposit.

Waste & Environment

All rubbish and food waste must be placed in the correct on-site bins provided.

 No dogs are permitted on site, with the exception of assistance dogs.
