We currently hold three regular exercise classes each week - Surrey & Sussex Senior Bootcamp on Mondays, 10.45 to 11.45am, RMTP Training on Tuesdays 2.00 - 3.00pm and Pilates 2 The Core takes place every Wednesday 9.15 to 10.15am.

This friendly group meets once a week to do a combination of strength, cardio and postural exercises with an experienced instructor. The aims of the sessions are to help the class members to stay strong and mobile, ensuring that their functional movement is as good as it can be and keeping them healthier and happier for longer.

All classes and exercises can be adapted to meet the specific needs of attendees. Those recovering from injury or in need of rehabilitation are very welcome - a free 30 minute telephone consultation with one of the instructors can be arranged to address any specific concerns.
