Hall Agreement

This Hire Agreement is made between the Walliswood Village Hall Association, Froggetts Lane, Walliswood, Surrey RH5 5RJ, Registered Charity Number 1103173 (WVHA), and the person named in clause 1.1 (the Hirer). In consideration of the fees specified in clause 1.4, WVHA agrees to permit the Hirer to use the premises for the periods specified in clause 1.2 and the purposes specified in clause 1.3.

Hall/Field hire: £10 per hour / Wedding/large party booking: £400 (18.00 Friday till 13.00 Sunday, does not apply to children’s parties) + Condition/Damage Deposit*: £50

4. Hire Charges

Payment to be made by Bank Transfer BOOKING PAYMENT: The completed ‘Booking Form’ plus full payment must be paid to secure the booking within seven days of receipt of this Booking Form. *CONDITION/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: £50 - This deposit will be refunded by your payment method, to the hirer within seven days of the termination of hire provided that no damage or loss has been caused to the premises and/or contents throughout the period of hire. CANCELLATION: - If the booking is cancelled more than four weeks prior to booking – a full refund will be given - More than two weeks prior – 50% will be returned - Less than 14 days – no refund will be given

It is hereby agreed that the Hirer or his/her responsible representative will be present throughout the hiring and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of this Hire Agreement. None of the provisions of this Hire Agreement are intended to or will operate to confer any benefit pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 on a person who is named as a party to this Hire Agreement. I confirm that I have read, and I accept the Walliswood Village Hall Association Hire Agreement.
